Good day my Wolf Pack!
I want to say how grateful that I am for you, my Wolf Pack members! Thank you, so much for being a part of this ongoing series. The Snow Paw Volume 1 Kickstarter was successful because of you! Thank you for another great campaign! You Wolf Pack Members ARE THE BEST! I couldn't have done it without you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me continue my dream of making comic books! There is still more Snow Paw stories to be told and you are part of making that happen! I'm so very thankful that you are taking this creative journey with me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Before the campaign ended the Wolf Pack managed to claw down the Eighth Stretch Goal! All physical pledge level backers will receive this BRAND NEW Akileo 3x4 Die Cut Sticker by Carlos Herrera for FREE!
The Wolf Pack also clawed down the Seventh Milestone Bonus Reward! All backers will receive a FREE digital copy of Envy #2 by Austin Light!
What Are the Next Steps?
A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment. Here's a quick rundown:
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds, so that I have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to three weeks). Kickstarter has notified me that some of the payments were declined. If funds fall behind the unlocked Milestone and Stretch Goal thresholds, I won't be able to place the orders for the bonus rewards. Please double check your payment method in your Kickstarter account, so you can get your rewards and so that we can keep all of the unlocked Milestones and Stretch Goals.
Second, I need to find out your reward delivery information to send out your rewards. I will be sending you all a Reward Delivery Survey through BackerKit to collect this information.
I will give you a heads-up before sending the survey, so that you can watch for it in your email or spam folder. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as possible, since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after I send the surveys out.)
If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey helps me get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps me to save a lot of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing me with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log into your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.

A Special Thanks To Tyler James

Happy Friday my Wolf Pack!
For this update, I just wanted to give many thanks to my friend, Tyler James, who graciously provided an amazing Foreword for Snow Paw Volume 1. For those of you who don't know Tyler, he is the Publisher of ComixTribe as well as the Founder of ComixLaunch. A training program for comic creator to learn how to run successful crowdfunding campaigns and more. As you may or may not know my first Kickstarter campaign failed, so I started doing freelance work to pay for the first two issues of Night Wolf. However, that process took to long and I didn't really consider going back to Kickstarter until I discovered Tyler's ComixLaunch course in December of 2018.
Since then we have become friends and I even consider him a big brother when it comes to the comic book industry and look up to him with the utmost respect. When he accepted writing the foreword for Snow Paw, was so very excited and thankful. But when I read what he wrote it brought me to tears. I can't thank him enough for all he's done for me in my comic book career. I haven't had the pleasure to meet him in person yet, but when we finally do, I own him a big hug and many beers. Here is a snippet from Tyler's foreword.
"There’s nothing better as a reader than being able to sit back, trust the storytellers, and go along for a ride worth taking.
Snow Paw Volume 1 represents something special: a creator expanding his creative vision with a fresh spinoff that never loses sight of what made the original a hit. With the addition of Cirray’s story told for the first time in these pages, Rob’s Lone Wolf Comics universe is now bigger, richer, and more inviting than ever.
And that’s definitely something worth howling about!"
Tyler also has a Kickstarter live for three more day, so I highly recommend you check out before time runs out.

Two More Stretch Goals Clawed Down!
– Wed, Apr 22, 2026 at 01:09:34 PM
Happy Werewolf Wednesday my Wolf Pack!
Well, you've done it again! You've clawed down two more stretch goals! The four stretch goal unlocked a new four page short story for chapter 3 added to the physical books by returning guest writer, Travis Gibb, writer of Coins of Judas, Band of Bards. His short story is a prequel to his Night Wolf volumes 1 and 2 short stories featuring how Tartarus and Lucas Ferrara first met. Here are sneak peeks at one of the pages illustrated by Evan Scale and colored by Bruna Costa!
The fifth stretch is a book enhancement for the hard cover adding a Gold-edge to pages. This process is called gilt-edging and is a premium feature applying actual gold leaf to the page edges for luxury, aesthetic appeal, and protection against dust and moisture. This technique adds a lovely reflective, metallic finish. The image below isn't the actual book but is what the process looks like once applied to the books.
Rod Espinosa has a campaign for the collected edition of his awesome fantasy comic book series, ADVENTURE FINDERS. He and I are offering this exclusive 5x7" print illustrated by Rod, to anyone who backs both SNOW PAW and ADVENTURE FINDERS campaigns! Physical tier backers of both campaigns will get a physical copy of the print, and digital backers will receive a hi-res digital version.
Rod Espinosa's ADVENTURE FINDERS Volume 1 Epic Fantasy Trade
LotR meets GoT with an anime twist as small‑town kids venture out to seek fortune, serve the realm, and chase adventure.
Clariette longs for a life of adventure and action, far different from her mundane existence as a fish vendor with her family. The story follows a group of young, aspiring adventurers—Clariette (a fighter), Ariarra (a cleric), and Jolfe (a wizard apprentice)—who seek to make a name for themselves in a world filled with war, monsters, and complex, dangerous quests.
The main group includes Clariette, who acts as the leader with a "heart of gold," and her friends who take on, or get forced into, high-stakes situations. The series is inspired by tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons, MMOs, and Game of Thrones, intense, often unpredictable consequences for the characters' actions. The Second-to-Last Chapter of the YI SOON SHIN Trilogy
Yi Soon Shin (1545–1598) was a Korean Admiral who fought against invading Japanese samurai during a seven-year conflict known as the Imjin War (1592–1598). And here’s what makes his story unbelievable--he was never defeated in battle! Not once. Outnumbered. Outgunned. Up against one of the most powerful and feared military forces in Asia—and he still won. 23 consecutive victories. He remains one of the only military commanders in world history to achieve that.
