Happy Friday my Wolf Pack!
For this update, I just wanted to give many thanks to my friend, Tyler James, who graciously provided an amazing Foreword for Snow Paw Volume 1. For those of you who don't know Tyler, he is the Publisher of ComixTribe as well as the Founder of ComixLaunch. A training program for comic creator to learn how to run successful crowdfunding campaigns and more. As you may or may not know my first Kickstarter campaign failed, so I started doing freelance work to pay for the first two issues of Night Wolf. However, that process took to long and I didn't really consider going back to Kickstarter until I discovered Tyler's ComixLaunch course in December of 2018.
Since then we have become friends and I even consider him a big brother when it comes to the comic book industry and look up to him with the utmost respect. When he accepted writing the foreword for Snow Paw, was so very excited and thankful. But when I read what he wrote it brought me to tears. I can't thank him enough for all he's done for me in my comic book career. I haven't had the pleasure to meet him in person yet, but when we finally do, I own him a big hug and many beers. Here is a snippet from Tyler's foreword.

Happy Werewolf Wednesday my Wolf Pack!
Well, you've done it again! You've clawed down two more stretch goals! The four stretch goal unlocked a new four page short story for chapter 3 added to the physical books by returning guest writer, Travis Gibb, writer of Coins of Judas, Band of Bards. His short story is a prequel to his Night Wolf volumes 1 and 2 short stories featuring how Tartarus and Lucas Ferrara first met. Here are sneak peeks at one of the pages illustrated by Evan Scale and colored by Bruna Costa!
The fifth stretch is a book enhancement for the hard cover adding a Gold-edge to pages. This process is called gilt-edging and is a premium feature applying actual gold leaf to the page edges for luxury, aesthetic appeal, and protection against dust and moisture. This technique adds a lovely reflective, metallic finish. The image below isn't the actual book but is what the process looks like once applied to the books.
Rod Espinosa has a campaign for the collected edition of his awesome fantasy comic book series, ADVENTURE FINDERS. You know, I've been running these campaigns for years now. I try to plan out the Milestones and Stretch Goals like a game trying now to make them too easy or too hard. I always think I have the perfect balance, but you Wolf Pack never cease to amaze me!
